I had waited a few years to photograph a Fforest Farm wedding in the beautiful month of May. Of course 2022 was one of the best summers in terms of sunshine hours that I recall in my lifetime. Sure enough the weather was absolutely fantastic! The stars for the weekend were Joey and James and wow did they know how to celebrate! A wedding at Fforest is more than a wedding day. It’s a mini break, a holiday, an adventure, an incredible experience with memories that last forever.

I’ve been totally fortunate to be a Fforest wedding photographer on numerous occasions over the past few years but not in the month of May. You can see some of the previous weddings here and here. Fforest Farm has been created as a place to enjoy the simplicity, pleasures and beauty of outdoor living. It is also constantly evolving by the hard work and dedication of the Fforest team and staff. Fforest Farm sits in an outstanding natural environment of 200 acres by the river Teifi gorge. From here it’s just minutes to the town of Cardigan and from the beautiful undiscovered beaches and coves of the West Wales coast.

THAT dress-less outfit!

Culottes for a wedding outfit anyone? Admittedly I had ZERO idea of the utterly fantastic wedding outfit that Joey had planned to wear for her wedding day. It’s a beautiful thing. There needs to be a Culottes trend right now! That is serious versatility. You can read more about Joey’s culottes here. Feel the Fforest love

It’s impossible to be around so many people showing and sharing their love and kindness to the bride and groom and their friends and family without that wonderful energy transferring over to me during the day (and the afternoon previous). So much talent and so much love. Thank you guys xx
